Who is Tarek?

By trade, Tarek is an accounting major and restauranter. After exiting the corporate world, he took the reigns of his family's restaurant operation and brought it to over 15 locations, developed teams of managers and staff, generated stacks of documentation, cleaned up the recipes of GMOs, and developed a franchising program. He sincerely took to heart the root of the word 'restaurant' (i.e. to restore) and desired to create a restaurant environment that positively affected all stakeholders... the customers, staff, vendors, and the environment. Tarek has advised for many of the biggest brands of the restaurant world, (including Favor, UberEats, Doordash and more) and has pushed for quality with his food producers to bring the best restaurant experience possible in the fast-casual space. 

 However, during this time, he struggled to cope with a myriad of health problems that affected his mind, body, and spirit. Tarek's seemingly endless number of debilitating disorders were a mystery to many doctors and specialists. He began to take matters into his own hands by researching the art and science of purification, regeneration, spirituality and more. He began to see the light at the end of the tunnel. It took a decade... a chaotic juggle of overwork and self-care that isn't recommend to anyone, however he 100% reversed his autoimmune issues, eczema, brain fog, body zaps, mystery pains/blockages, neck pain, distended gallbladder, and other ailments that he suffered from since he was a kid. He even discovered ways to eliminate bio-accumulated environmental poisoning and experienced advanced recovery from surgeries when the thought of restoring full function was not possible. Even while keeping quiet about much of this journey from friends and family, they naturally started to nickname him medicine man or shaman and come with questions whenever they had a concern about their own health. With gratitude to be given a second chance, Tarek is on a mission to share his findings with the world!

Tarek now happily lives with his wife and baby on the way in Houston, TX. He continues to work to revolutionize the restaurant industry while also advising individuals as a health motivator and coach.
